How we work.
We use Opus when the work is reasoning-heavy, Sonnet when it needs to be fast and cheap, and Claude Code for most of our own engineering. We’ll recommend other models when they fit, but we rarely need to.
Evals come before the agent. Outputs, latency, cost, and failure modes are defined up front and run in CI for the life of the project.
Everything lives in your GitHub and your Linear. You get a shared Slack with the engineers doing the work, not an account manager.
